One Potato will be offering a Thanksgiving Box, a Holiday Cookie Kit (celebrating Christmas, Hanukkah or Kwanza) a Hanukkah Box and a Latke Kit!

One Potato is a Los Angeles based, organic meal kit delivery service focused on feeding the entire family. It’s food that kids like, but it’s not kid food. It’s one meal the entire family can enjoy together.

One Potato sent us a box, and we agree, it’s a meal the whole family will love!

Here are a few tips from Nutritionist Melissa Kathryn to use your leftover pumpkin this season.

You can roast the seeds, cube the extra pumpkin and roast it so you can add it to omelettes, warm or cold salads.

Add pumpkin to any smoothies or pancake mix to add thickness and additional nutrients to your dish and the flavor is very mild!
